Maggie Mays has won the title of Scotland's best music bar at this years Theme awards, which were held in Edinburgh earlier this year's. After less than six months' trading, Glasgow's newest live venue is already well ahead of the competition, attracting names such as Mani (Primal Scream), Ian McCulloch (Echo and the Bunnymen), Norman Blake (Teenage Fanclub) and Ibiza's hottest club night Filthy Gorgeous, to name but a few. Maggie May's has quickly established itself as a top venue for music with the city's clubbers.
