Cafe India: Craft Beer & Indian Tapas Night
Be the first to experience Cafe India’s new Indian Tapas menu and their new feature of hosting Scottish Craft Beer within the restaurant – their chefs have teamed up with The Black Isle Brewery to challenge and delight your taste buds!
The evening starts with a welcome drink whilst you settle down to a glass of Yellow Hammer with poppadoms and their signature spicy onion pickle.
Then five deliciously different dishes from the Tapas Menu (each created for 2 to share) will be introduced to you. Dishes will be served one at a time, with chef sharing an explanation of how each is prepared and the team from Black Isle Brewery introducing you to six different beers throughout the evening, again with an explanation of how these are created and the flavours to look for in each.
The menu and beers featured will be:
- Poppadoms with Cafe India’s spicy onion pickle and a glass of Yellow Hammer
- Kathe Mithe King Prawn (matched to Heather Honey Ale)
- Chapati Wrap (matched to Goldeneye)
- Bhindi Bhaji (matched to Blonde)
