Learn to create a classic Italian style pizza, on the balcony at Fanellis overlooking merchant square. Here an experienced chef will talk you through creating pizza dough, techniques or rolling and classic topping combinations. Then you will put your skills to the test and roll your own dough before choosing from a selection of toppings.

There is a variety of packages available, all include enjoying your creations during the class.

The basic package is £26.50 and covers learning how to make your pizza, rolling your own and choosing your toppings. Then you can enjoy your pizza with sides of salad and garlic bread and take home recipe cards to show off your new skills.

Add an arrival drink for each member of your group, ranging from £3.40 for a bottle of Moretti, or indulge with a Bellini at £6.50.

Staff are also happy to add bottles of wine for your meal, dessert or coffee course to your package and can be as flexible with your requirements.
